RESERVATION/ ROOMS & RATES

The resort has 6 categories: Standard Rooms, Executive Rooms, Swiss Cottages, Grand Swiss Cottage, Luxury Rooms and Family Rooms. All room categories can be booked through our website. For more information please Click here
The rates charged are per room basis although the cost may differ slightly for single, double or triple occupancy.
To cancel your booking you need to send an email on the id given or incase if booked through a travel agent then contacting the agent.
 In a family room we can accommodate 4 adults and other rooms 2 adults + 1 an extra bed.
Yes. Depending on the number of rooms booked/ number of nights/ dates.
  We offer discounts for the below:
   i.    Indian Defence (Serving or retired)
   ii. Alumni/ students/ family of Group of Lancers Army Schools
   iii.    Guests from Bilochpura
 We regret to inform you that animals are not allowed in the resort.
It is sometimes possible to check – in earlier, depending on availability at an additional charge.
 No king size beds available.

There is a safety locker in every room.
The housekeeping team needs time Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00am. However, we endeavor to give the rooms as early as possible.

Amenities like television, mini bar, tea-coffee maker, hair dryer, wardrobe, laptop size electronic safe, intercoms, wifi facility (chargeable in the rooms & free in the LA SANA VIDA Restaurant), laundry service (chargeable), 24hrs room service, doctor on call, etc.
    Yes we do have special packages offered for guests celebrating a special occasion.
You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours after booking.
The reservation department and accounts department timings are from 9:00 am to 6:00pm. The reception is 24hrs open.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN

We are sorry but we do not provide any babysitting services.
We regret to inform you that we do not have any baby cots and high chairs available.
We have a kids menu at the breakfast buffet.

DINING

During Lean Season (June to September) we serve breakfast at the LA SANA VIDA restaurant. During Season we serve breakfast in the LA SANA VIDA restaurant and the sea view Beach Shack Restaurant. It is served from 7:30am to 10:00am.
1) Lunch at the LA SANA VIDA Restaurant is served throughout the year from 12pm to 5:30pm and dinner at the LA SANA VIDA Restaurant is served throughout the year from 7:30pm to 11:30pm.
2) Lunch at the Beach Shack Restaurant is served during season only from Mid October to April from 12pm to 5:30pm and dinner at the Beach Shack Restaurant is served during season only from Mid October to April from 7:30 pm to 11:30pm.
3) Room service is 24 hrs.
We have 2 restaurants and 3 bars.

Yes it is available and also Jain food.
We have separate kitchens for veg and non veg.

GENERAL RESORT INFORMATION:

We are bang on the Calangute beach near Babreshwar Temple in Khobra Vaddo. Landmark being Our Lady of Piety Chapel. Click Here for Google maps.
It’s a walk able distance of 200 meters.
Yes we have a swimming pool in the resort called LAGOON and the dress code to be followed is a nylon swimming suit.
As per company policy we do not allow outside food and liquor since we serve them inside the resort itself.
 Yes we do have a travel desk which is just at the entrance of the resort.
Yes we have special sightseeing packages. The information will be provided at the travel desk.
We have a doctor on call but the nearest hospital is in Candolim and it is 15 minutes away from the resort i.e. 5km away.
The distance from the resort to the police station is 7kms.
The nearest bank is on the main road and it is a 2 minute walk from the resort.
Calangute market is 1 km from the resort and so is the Calangute beach.
Baggage can be stored at the resort but for a time period of 5 to 8 hrs.
Currency can be exchanged at the travel desk which is just at the entrance of the resort.
We do have cars and bikes on rent but near the resort which is available at different rates.
Our resort is under CCTV surveillance at all times and we have our security guards as well as bouncers on the property.
We do not allow outside guests or visitors inside the resort but then can wait at the reception.
Yes we do have entertainment in the LA SANA VIDA restaurant & BEACH SHACK restaurant (only during season) which is during breakfast and dinner. We have various artists playing as well. The entertainment is also subject to change.

Wifi is available at the resort and on chargeable basis.

SHOPPING AND TOURIST FACILITES

Yes there are plenty local shops in and around Calangute and Baga and they are 5 minutes away from the resort.
The theatre which is located in Panjim is 20 kms away from the resort and Club Tito’s and Café Mambo are 1 km away from the resort.
The local tourist attractions are temples, churches, beaches, etc.
Yes it is available depending on the package opted for.
We do provide transportation for local attractions depending on the package offered otherwise it is chargeable.
The distance from the Dabolim airport in Vasco to the resort which is in Calangute is 45kms away.
From Margao railway station to the resort it is 53 kms.
From Vasco railway station to the resort it is 43 kms.
From Thivim railways station to the resort it is 24 kms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation charges depend on the following:-
i. If any booking done online then it will be as per the rate plan.
ii. If it is a direct reservation with the hotel and not on the website.
iii. For festive season no refund or cancellation.
Administrative Charges: In case of full refund, administrative charges @ 5% of the total booking amount shall be deducted.
In case of NO SHOW, 100 % retention is charged.
